We’ve implemented sensing technology and created a database for our dies. Our manufacturing line sends out warning signals to suspend the process before any defects occur.
Manufacturing is monitored in real-time which enables us to respond quickly in any situation, and allows us to conduct die maintenance at a precise time. This grants us the opportunity to provide high quality products at a low cost.

At Higuchi Manufacturing, we're able to answer our clients’ needs to create stamped parts with various shapes.
Everything is handled in-house from planning to manufacturing (which includes stamping, washing, cutting, welding, insert molding, and painting).
In addition, one of the advantages of in-house manufacturing is the ability to provide feedback to the designer from the manufacturing line. This not only allows us to sustain high quality products, but contributes to lowering the total cost.

We conduct VA/VE with our customers through exchanging ideas and listening to their requests from the development planning stages, product optimization, performance evaluation, and reducing costs.

With our unique material search engine, we've managed to considerably cut down on time used to look up the location of used materials.
We've also managed to save time through the digitization of bookkeeping and lot tracing, which cut down time on inventory management, material delivery lead time and general planning.
