Carbon Fiber (CFRTP) Forming Press
Often, during normal CFRTP forming press process, the part needs to constantly be heated and cooled down which reduces productivity. Our solution to this issue is to heat the blank plate prior to forming which improves productivity. Our next challenge is to automate transfer of blank plate to tool after the heated blanking process.
